Idk what I'm doing with my life, but it all works out in the end. Neocities.
It's interesting; "why" is such a simple word, but it carries a great burden. "Why" causes humans to not only answer some of the greatest mysteries of the universe, but discover more about themselves. I'm going to take a bit to give my answers about "why".
This one I've thought about for a while. "Why do we exist; what is our purpose of living?" Personally, I belive that we are born to uplift others. It sounds stupid, I know, but thats honestly the best answer I have. Serving yourself doesn't have any grand legacy. When you die, everything you've accomplished dies with you. However, it is our responsibilty to lead lives that help others because that is how we immortalize ourselves into the history of this world. Even by helping just a few people, you have changed the course of history, even if its just a bit. I think the better question to ask ourselves is "Why did I choose to wake up today?" because that helps you answer why you want to live and not what society's purpose is
One word: curiosity. Knowledge is the greatest reward in anything, and I firmly belive that. Money is something everyone has or can get, but knowledge is something we all have access to, yet we overlook it every day. It might just be me, but I find joy in understanding how things work. I want to master as much as I can in the little time I have here on Earth, and mastery is something only obtained through knowledge, which comes from curiosity. It's also why I started running. I was curious how far I could push myself. While I may not be thge strongest runner, I'm proud at how far I've come. Passion and curiosity allows for innovation, and innovation is the strongest in engineering. I'll change the world someday and continue to give my 100 percent because if you aim at the stars and miss, you'll still end up on the moon:)
I'm a junior in high school right now and I want to become an engineer one day. I love running and competing alongside other athletes. I CAD in Onshape and Solidworks and can CAM in Inventor(poorly). I want to get a 3d printer and a welding kit. I'm currently on FTC team 772 and love it here. In college, I plan on joining a BAJA or Formula SAE team, but maybe I'll build a car before then, if time permits.
